What are the common products?

1. Provide 300 to 400 samples

2. Fill in the certification application form (company name + address + product name + product model)

5. Provide instructions on how to open the product

Testing requirements:

1. Children's group

①The composition of the test team:

(a) Number: 200 children;

(b) Age and gender: age between 42-51 months (including 42 months and 51 months, the following age and gender should be evenly distributed);

(c) Represent, as far as possible, the different social classes, ethnicities and cultural backgrounds of the entire population of the country;

(d) in good health, without obvious physical and intellectual defects, and with certain hands-on ability;

(e) Participate in this test not more than once (including various open-type packaging tests based on different principles). If a child is involved in more than one trial, there should be at least one week between trials.

②Prevent children from opening the package. Test location:

Experiments should be conducted in a location familiar to the children, such as the school or kindergarten they attend, but the children should be separated from the rest of the school and outside interference should be avoided. Several sites should be selected from areas with different population distribution, and the experiment may not be completed in the same place and at the same time.

③Test method:

(a) Children's trials shall be conducted in pairs, each paired under the supervision of an impartial, appropriately qualified person skilled in dealing with children. If necessary, 5 pairs of children can be arranged in the same room at the same time under the condition that the pairs do not interfere with each other. They can adopt postures and positions that they find convenient. During the test, if a child wants to slip away, the supervisor should stop it; and induce the child to return to his or her position, asking him or her to continue, but should not give any hints to open the package. This situation should be recorded in the test report;

(b) Within the first 5 minutes, i.e. before the demonstration, give the package to each child who may open the package in any way they wish, without preventing the child from opening the package by teeth or other means. Children are not permitted to use any tools or appliances other than those specially provided as part of a child-proof package, in which case the child may use that tool if he is not aware of it until before the demonstration. need not be brought to their attention;

If a child successfully opens the package within 5 minutes, the child should remain in the test area until the end of the period;

(c) Before the start of the second 5 minutes, have a child watch a supervisor who has not opened the package during the first 5 minutes open and seal a package without focusing on the opening action and without any verbally prompted and then gave the children 5 minutes to open the package;

(d) After each 5-minute period, whether a child has opened the package shall be recorded. If the child successfully opened the package, it should be recorded before or after the demonstration. Also note whether the package was opened with teeth or other methods.

④ Judgment of the test results of the children group:

(a) in the absence of demonstration, at least 85% of the children in the test group were unable to open the bag within 5 minutes;

(b) After a demonstration of those children who did not open the package within the first 5 minutes, 80% of the children were still unable to open the package within the second 5 minutes.

2. The elderly group

①The composition of the test team:

(a) Number of people: 100 normal senior citizens;

(b) Age and gender: women should account for 70%, 25 people aged 50-54 (including 50 and 54 years old, the same below); 25 people aged 55-59, and 50 people aged 60-70.

②Test method:

Send the package to each senior along with other accessories and instructions on how to open and reseal the package properly (the contents of which are printed on or provided to the consumer on the package) without opening and resealing the package For a demonstration, give 5 minutes for each adult to read the instructions, open and reseal the package properly, and record the results.

③ Judgment of the test results of the elderly group:

Without demonstration, at least 90% of the elderly were able to open and reseal the package correctly within 5 minutes.
