Offset printing can provide excellent graphics with bright colors and clear images. Unlike flexographic printing, the inked image is first transferred from the printing plate to the blanket cylinder, and then to the paper. This is a lithography process based on oil-water repulsion. A Six Sigma management system has been implemented in all three of his production facilities for printed packaging to reduce production uncertainties. Our Zhejiang offset printing packaging facility houses top quality offset presses such as Man Roland and Heidelberg Speedmaster sheetfed offset presses. They are suitable for large and small batch printing, small and large area printing, printing on thin paper and printing on thick paper. The Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 162 and XL 145 can print cardstock up to 1.6 mm thick. Below are the specifications.

PMS Color Printing and Metallic Gold & Silver Printing
In addition to his usual CMYK color printing, 420 Packaging also offers vivid PMS color printing, especially Pantone Metallic color printing. Similar to gold and silver foil stamping, metallic ink printing also enhances product value. Glitter in gold, silver and other metallic colors can add a special touch to your packaging box. Metallic color printing is commonly used for cosmetic packaging and other luxury packaging.
The printing process involves expensive gold, silver and CMYK color printing on offset presses. And cheaper than foil stamping. The most commonly used metallic gold colors are Pantone metallic 871 C, 872 C, 873 C, 874 C, 875 C, and 876 C. Metallic Pantone 877 C is the most commonly used metallic silver color.
